These guys have obviously nothing to lose.
I didn’t expect him to play that well in the first game, to be honest. I had never played him before, and I felt really flat at the start.
In the second, I tried to be sharp from the beginning, and I played very well I think and that I dominated the second half of the second game. I made a few errors then, and he came back to it, but still managed to clinch it.
The first game is always tricky, especially when you play someone you never played before. He is very good, he has a lot of potential. And I’m very happy that once I won the second, I got to do what I expected.
This is my last event of the season, my body is holding up, I’m not playing in the British as I have to have surgery on my shoulder to be in full shape for next season.
