After three days of full on action, the CIB Palm Hills PSA World Championships continued today in Giza, Egypt with eight Round Three matches from the top half of the draws.
In the Afternoon action at the Palm Hills Club, Siva Subramaniam was dominant over Tinne Gilis while Satomi Watanabe came from a game down to beat Nada Abbas. The men’s matches were lengthy affairs with Joel Makin overcoming Al Abou Eleinen in five, while Mohamad Zakaria saved four game balls in the fourth to defeat Fares Dessouky in four.
In the evening matches there were three-nil victories for the top seeded players as Hania El Hammamy, Mostafa Asal, Amina Orfi and Diego Elias advanced.
