World Champs 2026 : Day ONE

The CIB Palm Hills PSA World Championships 25/26 get underway today in Giza, Egypt as 32 top half matches  take place across five courts at the Palm Hills Club.

Play starts at 12.00 on four traditional courts, whilst the glass court matches commence at 19.30 – all live on SQUASHTV.

On an extremely busy day of side court action, four courts are in action from 12.00 to 18.30 Court one’s highlights include two all-nation clashes as Abhay Singh plays Veer Chotrani and Jasmine Hutton takes on Torrie Malik.

Courts two and three will see fifth seeds Joel Makin and Sivasangari Subramaniam start their tournaments as well as sixth seed Satomi Watanabe. Whilst court four will see World Junior champions Amina Orfi and Mohamad Zakaria feature against Saran Nghiem and Marwan Asal.

The glass court matches will see both top seeds Hania El Hammamy and Mostafa Asal get their 2026 campaigns underway against Ruqayya Salem and Raphael Kandra. An all-European clash between Lauren Baltayan and Lucy Turmel is third in the line-up whilst 2024 World Champion Diego Elias closes play as he takes on Nick Wall.
